Compact design with high performance

On the K - The World's No. I Trade Fair for Plastics and Rubber in Düsseldorf we present our new compact high-performance temperature control unit RHY-T90 S. The space-saving and powerful temperature control unit was developed at the request of a customer and is now an integral part of our range.
The devices of the RHY-T90 S to RHY-HighT160 L series are directly cooled high-performance temperature control devices up to 90°C / 95°C or indirectly cooled high-performance temperature control devices up to 160°C with very high cooling capacity and a closed stainless steel tank.

Precise Temerature Management

Depending on the tool and shot weight, a start-up phase without pre-tempering is not possible. With the RHYTEMPER® temperature control unit, the start-up period until quality-compliant operating temperatures are reached is greatly reduced! Unnecessary waiting times caused by manually warming up tools are thus avoided. In addition, individual mold zones that require permanent heating can be supplied as needed via the temperature control unit. When using frequency-controlled pumps, the required volume flows can be individually preset and significant savings in electricity costs can be made. Due to the corresponding range of device variants and space-saving dimensions, the majority of the performance classes from the medium to the large flow rate range can be covered.
