10 years of successful cooperation!

We are celebrating a very special anniversary! ONI Temperiertechnik Rhytemper GmbH and the Rödertal secondary school in Großröhrsdorf have been working together successfully for 10 years to offer pupils and young people valuable practical experience. 

Every Tuesday for three weeks, pupils in years 8 and 9 have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the exciting world of work and business as part of a specialization course. This gives the pupils an insight into production and, in some cases, administration - a great opportunity to gain practical knowledge and discover career prospects! This gives us the chance to accompany and prepare young people on their way and to inspire them to do an apprenticeship with us in the SME sector.

Many thanks for the successful collaboration to the coordinators of the Rödertal secondary school's specialization course and to the committed students who are involved with curiosity and zest for action. Here's to more exciting years full of discoveries and growth!
